Irreversible ErbB family blockade improved PFS and ORR relative to gefitinib in
patients with EGFR mut + NSCLC
There was no OS significant differences between Irreversible vs Reversible
The trend favouring Irreversible ErbB family blockade was consistent across
pre-specified subgroups (del19 and L858R)
AEs were predictable and manageable, with similar QoL data
Irreversible ErbB family blockade can improve clinical benefit over reversible
EGFR TKI and should be consider for patients with EGFR mut + NSCLC
